Research and selection of microorganisms for groundnut at sandy soil of Binh Dinh province
Isolation and selection of microorganisms has high bioactivity will play an important role in the production and application of microorganism inoculations. This paper presents five strains selected for product microorganism inoculations for groundnut at sandy soil of Binh Dinh province. Five strains selected have high activity of nitrogen fixation, photphate solubilizing, potassium solubilizing, cellulose degradation and polyshacaride synthesis. It concludes Bradyrhizobium japonicum (R18), Bacillus megaterium (P1107), Streptomyces misionensis (Xa72), Paenibacillus castaneae (S3.1) and Lipomyces starkeyi (PT5.1). According to the European Community, selected strains had high-level biosafety and allowed widespread use in production. The results have showed that using microorganism inoculations has a positive effect on growth, yield of groundnut (variety LDH01). It increases the yield of crops from 10.57% to 34.75% (in greenhouse) and 22.91% (in the field) compare with control. Selected strains will be continuous research to apply for production of microorganism inoculations.
