KẾT QUẢ PHỤC TRÁNG GIỐNG LÚA CỬU LONG 8 CHO VÙNG KHÓ KHĂN CỦA TỈNH TRÀ VINH

To apply revigorate process of rice varieties (follow to set standards of agricultural branch 10TCN 395: 2006), to take three generations (G0-G1-G2) seeds of rice variety CL8 were gradually improve about on seed quality, uniformity of seed. Specially, the duration in G2 genneration was shorter than check variety and the plant heigh were improved about on uniformity and stable. The yield and yield components were also improved considerable. The generation G1 and G2, selected lines were yielded higher than check variety 21,4% and provided 600 kg of breeder’s seeds CL8 for farmers of Tan Son commune, Tra Cu district, Tra Vinh province.
