ĐÁNH GIÁ TÍNH KHÁNG NHIỄM ĐẠO ÔN CỦA MỘT SỐ GIỐNG LÚA VỚI CÁC DÒNG (ISOLATE) NẤM ĐẠO ÔN PHÂN LẬP Ở VIỆT NAM

Based on characteristics of Pyricularia caused the blast disease on the rice, we had collected and isolated 12 strains of Pyricularia in the main rice-growing areas of the country. Results determined resistance and infectivity with several strains of Pyricularia blast on some rice cultivars varieties such as BC15, Bac thom 7, Q5 and OM6976 are susceptible to all Pyricularia isolates representing the Red River delta, the central and Mekong delta, especially rice varieties are most susceptible BC15. Rice varieties Ishikari Shiroke resistant to Pyricularia strains of the Red River Delta region and central but still susceptible strains of the rice blast fungus from Mekong Delta.
