VAI TRÒ CỦA CHẤT ĐIỀU TIẾT SINH TRƯỞNG, ÁNH SÁNG VÀ GIÁ THỂ TRONG NHÂN GIỐNG INVITRO CHUỐI TIÊU HỒNG

With the aim of improving technologies used in invitro propagation of banana that is largely implemented recently, a study on growth regulators, light and medium was carries out. Results conducted from study showed that: BAP regulator of 3.0 ppm concentration and mixture of 3.0 ppm BAP and 20mg/l of yeast extract improved considerally banana newly developed shoots in terms of miltiplication ratio and quanlity as well. And, what is more, adding rooting medium with 0,4 ppm αNAA placing young plants under 10% intensive natural light for 3 weeks before moving to nursery make newly multiplicated plants healthly with high percentage of surviral when planted and media in nursery phase II mixture by alluvium soil and manure at the rate of 2:1 was considered suitable.
