Selection of beneficial microorganisms to produce micro-organic fertilizer using for tea tree in Yen Bai province
Application of micro-organic fertilizer containing microorganisms such as nitrogen fixation, plant growth promotion and phosphate solubilizing bacteria is one of important solutions in oder to improve the yield, quality of safety tea in Yen Bai province. From 15 samples of tea farming soil in Yen Bai province, the 3 nitrogen fixation strains - VC03, TY02, YB03; 3 phosphate solubilizing strains - BL2, BL4, BL7; 3 plant growth promotion micro-strains - ST1, ST8, ST18 were selected. They are assessed biological activities as well as effect of environmental conditions on their survival and biological activities. 3 strains - BL2, ST1, YB03 among of selected strains have capacity to growth and development well in low pH. These strains are suitable for tea cultivated zone in Yen Bai province and having hight potential for manufacture of micro-organic fertilizer for tea tree in Yen Bai province.
