Selection of microorganisms handle cassava starch processing waste solid into organic fertilizer biological
One of the objectives of the project “Study on production of microorganism innoculant to treat cassava starch processing waste ” is handling waste cassava starch processing into bio-organic fertilizer, thus subject groups conducted selection of microorganisms after handling waste processing cassava into solid organic fertilizer biological. Identified 01 combination of 03 strains of microorganisms resolution active carbohydrate compounds (cellulose, starch), resolution insoluble phosphate, nitrogen fixation freely used in production of microorganism innoculant waste handling cassava starch processing waste solid into organic fertilizer biological. The microbial strains used in this study are intended to species that are not in the list of restricted microorganisms used (according to the European Community) and ensure the level of biosafety level 2. Project has identified a number of technical parameters consistent with the biomass of microbial strains used in this study: pH, temperature, environment, issued a similar rate, air, time biomass... test results in quality microbial biomass showed that the density of microorganisms used in the study at 108-109 CFU / ml, biological activity unchanged compared with the same original.
