Yen Bai have been invested increasingly in extension of new technologies of agricultural production to farmer households through training courses and models. This study is to understand about results and factors that impact on the progress of the extension. Some solutions are suggested such as planning agricultural production areas; improving infrustructure, especially irrigation system; improve skills and knowledge of local extension staffs; and expanding loans to farmer households.
