PHÁT TRIỂN VÙNG SẢN XUẤT RAU AN TOÀN GẮN VỚI TIÊU THỤ SẢN PHẨM TẠI MỘT SỐ TỈNH VÙNG ĐỒNG BẰNG SÔNG HỒNG

Mô hình sản xuất rau (cải bắp, su lơ, cà rốt, rau cải bẹ và dưa chuột) tập trung theo hướng VietGAP được triển khai từ năm 2020 - 2021 tại 4 tỉnh Hải Dương, Nam Định, Hà Nam và Ninh Bình với 322 hộ tham gia trên quy mô 100 ha. Qua điều tra, đánh giá cho thấy mô hình đã đạt được năng suất, chất lượng theo mục tiêu, yêu cầu đề ra. Hiệu quả mô hình của các giống rau tăng so với sản xuất truyền thống ngoài mô hình > 20%. Tổng sản lượng đạt 3.777,5 tấn, đảm bảo chất lượng an toàn và vệ sinh an toàn thực phẩm. Các vùng sản xuất rau được cấp giấy chứng nhận thực hành nông nghiệp tốt (VietGAP). Sản phẩm được các doanh nghiệp, hợp tác xã rau quả,… bao tiêu sản phẩm, tiêu thụ trong nước và xuất khẩu, mang lại lợi nhuận cho người sản xuất hàng tỷ đồng và cung cấp một lượng lớn rau an toàn cho người tiêu dùng, bảo vệ môi trường và an sinh xã hội.

The model of vegetable production (cabbage, cauliflower, carrot, mustard and cucumber) focusing on VietGAP standard was carried out in 4 provinces of Hai Duong, Nam Dinh, Ha Nam and Ninh Binh with 322 participating households on a scale of 100 ha. Evaluation results showed that the yield and quality of vegetables in the model reached the setting goals and requirements. Model efficiency of vegetable varieties increased in comparison to traditional production outside the model > 20%. Total output of the project reached 3,777.5 tons, ensuring food safety and quality. Vegetable production areas were granted certificates of good agricultural practices VietGAP. Products were bought by enterprises, fruit and vegetable cooperatives, etc., for domestic consumption and export, bringing profits to producers billions of dong and providing a large amount of safe vegetables for consumers, environmental protection and social security.
