The study was carry out in a famous area for a long term of cultivated with vegetables and flowers at Lam Dong province aim to access the affect of cultivation to the quality of the soil. Under a long term of applying fertilizers (both organic and chemical fertilizer) overdrove and unbalance; pesticides...for vegetable and flower plant, some properties of fertilities soil has been changed such as: increasing of pH from acidity to alkaline reaction; increasing phosphorous and potassium available in comparison with control soil samples lead to decreasing the effect of fertilizer and the yield. Especially, the available sodium had accumulated in the soils have been applying fish fertilizer since long time caused degradation of cultivate soi. However, some of heavy metal such as Cd, Cu, Cr, Hg, Pb, Zn, Mn and the residues of plant protection chemicals and E. coli forms in soil are not appearing with the quantity of risk. The high quantity of As, a very toxic heavy metal in the soils was detected. As can be accumulate in plant, then the problem should be study carefully to prevent the harmful for health. Probably, As can be derive from the mother material of the soils at this area.
