The result of plucking methods on LDP1 variety showed that plucking by hand when 30% number of shoots were of enough time for plucking, the yield of tea reached 9.68 ton/ha, the ratio of A+B of fresh tea accounted for 64.4%. The density of main pests were 7.69 individuals/tray of Greenleaf hopper, 1.99 individuals/shoot of Tea thrips and 6.73% of the shoots damaged by Mosquito bugs. When 70% numbers of shoots were enough time for plucking, all shoots on the canopy were plucked and the plane surface was made. Applying this method, which is called careful plucking, the tea yield was not changed. When the tea was plucked by machine, tea yield increased to 14,61%; however the tea quality decreased in comparison with traditional plucking method. The duration between 2 plucking times was 22-42 days. It is good to prolong pesticeds isolation period in comparison with the traditional plucking time (5-22 days).The main pests of tea as Greenleaf hopper, Tea thrips and Mosquito bugs in areas plucked by machine and by careful plucking were lower than in the traditional plucking.
