Research capability combination of microorganisms strains for making multi-function micro-organic fertilizer for tea
In nature, microbes do not live alone, separated. They are always reciprocal in growth and development, but are also in competing against each other, taking up the energy for growth. Microbial life in the population is very diverse, they are always in a state struggling for survival, for food, oxygen and accounted for occupancy for the development, that is to win everything needed for the existence and development of them. Therefore, studying the possibility of combination (exist together in an environment) of the microorganisms to make multifuntions micro- organic fertilizer with good quality and meet the needs of agricultural production is essential and urgent [2]. Results were isolated and selected by four strains of microorganisms A11; KT7; Pl6; DK14 (dissolve P, fixed nitrogen, stimulate growth and resistance to root rot fungal pathogens of plants) from Ha Giang. When present in a mixture of carriers in the likelihood of growth and biological activity of the strains higher than they would as single strains. Combination of four strains of microorganisms capable of shortening the time of tea buds appear in nursery garden from 10 to 14 days and reduce the death rate of 50.6% compared to control.
