Research biological characteristic and toxicity of fungi Colletotrichum spp. caused anthracnose disease on grape in Ninh thuan
Anthracnose in various kinds of plant are caused by Colletotrichum spp., therefore characterising biological is necessary to estimate disease damages and precaution. The results show that Colletotrichum spp. grows vigorously in PDA medium at 30oC and pH 6, which are favor conditions of other anthracnoses. According toxicological assays, it harms leaves heavier than fruits, partially, in leaves, isolate CQ26 is on the top by 89%, follow by isolate CQ5, 72%, in fruits, it is 72% and 67% with the former and the latter.
