The capital of bussiness, fruit growing area, fruit production and the number of farmers participated in cooperative groups and cooperatives were to rise. The weakness of the fruit production cooperative groups and cooperatives were lack of managers with professional knowlegde and capital. They did’nt sell the products well for farmers paticipating cooperative groups and cooperatives. The farmers producing Da xanh pomelo, Tieu da bo longan and Java rambutan participating cooperative groups and cooperatives to got higher profit than the ones not participating. Determination of fruit trees with market demand and centralized production areas, creating real benefits for farmers were the necessary conditions for maintaining and developing the cooperative groups and cooperatives.
