KHẢO SÁT ĐỘC TÍNH BÁN TRƯỜNG DIỄN CỦA CAO CHIẾT TỪ NẤM THƯỢNG HOÀNG (Phellinus sp.) HOANG DẠI TRÊN CHUỘT NHẮT TRẮNG

Khảo sát tính an toàn của mẫu cao chiết từ nấm Thượng hoàng Phellinus sp. hoang dại liều 0,4 g/kg trọng lượng chuột trong một thời gian dài bằng các bộ kit định lượng protein toàn phần, triglyceride, urea, creatinin, GOT, GPT được cung cấp bởi hãng Human và Đức. Kết quả cho thấy các chỉ tiêu đánh giá như: trọng lượng cơ thể; thông số huyết học (hồng cầu, hemoglobin, bạch cầu, công thức bạch cầu, tiểu cầu, các chỉ số liên quan đến hồng cầu như MCV, MCH, MCHC, RDW); thông số thuộc chức năng gan (GOT, GPT, protein toàn phần, triglycerid), thông số thuộc chức năng thận (creatinin, urea); vi thể gan và thận của chuột, sau thời gian một tháng, đều ghi nhận nằm trong giới hạn bình thường.

The result showed that surveying indicators such as: weight, blood parameters (red blood, hemoglobin, white blood, white blood cells, platelets, the indicators relevant to red blood as: MCV, MCH, MCHC, RDW); the liver parameters (GOT, GPT, total protein, triglycerid), the kidneys parameters (creatinin, urea) in one month were recorded at normal level.
