KẾT QUẢ NGHIÊN CỨU TUYỂN CHỌN GIỐNG ĐẬU XANH THÍCH HỢP CHO VÙNG ĐẤT CÁT VEN BIỂN TỈNH THANH HÓA

To identify suitable mungbean varieties for the coastal sandy soils in Thanh Hoa province, the experiment of 11 promissing mungbean varieties were conducted in the spring and summer season 2011at 3 coastal districts in Thanhhoa province. The local variety - Tam Thanh Hoa was used as control. The experiment was designed by RCB with 4 replications. The density was 25 plants/m2 in spring season and 20 plants/m2 in summer season. The results indicated that the growth-duration of mungbean in summer always shorter than in the spring. Pest and disease level of mungbean in the spring is always higher than in the summer. The yield of almost varieties in summer are higher than in spring except DX14. With medium duration DX208 gave highest yield. 2 varieties of DX16 and DX17 had very short duration (56 - 65days) and gave good yield in all location as well as seasons.
