KẾT QUẢ NGHIÊN CỨU ĐẶC ĐIỂM GIẢI PHẪU THỰC VẬT CỦA HAI MẪU GIỐNG CÂY THUỐC NGƯU TẤT

Nguu Tat herb, Achyranthes bidentata Blume var. bidentata is a precious medicinal herb which is paid by great interest for propagation development. In order to contribute to the propagation of this herb, a comparative research on botanically anatomical structure of two samples e.g. Vietnamese Nguu Tat herb and East Asia Nguu Tat herb was conducted. Results from the research showed that the composition and order of tissues in the anatomical structures of different organs of two herb samples are similar. However, there are differences between quantity and size of tissues of these herbs. In the micro-anatomical structure of roots and trunks, the East Asia Nguu Tat herb is of bigger size of skin tissues and muscle tissues as well as bigger size and more number of vascular bundles compared to the Vietnamese Nguu Tat herb. In the micro-anatomical structure of leaves, the thickness of hedge and soft tissues of the East Asia Nguu Tat herb is also bigger than the Vietnamese Nguu Tat herb. Therefore, between two herb samples, the East Asia Nguu Tat has more advantages based on the micro-anatomical structures of roots, trunk and leaves, which show a greater potential herb in providing higher medicinal yield.
