KẾT QUẢ CHỌN TẠO GIỐNG HOA LAN HỒ ĐIỆP LAI M7, M8

Bốn dòng lai hoa lan hồ điệp, trong đó có hai dòng lai M7, M8 thu từ phép lai giữa HĐ13 (hoa màu tím hồng, môi đỏ)˟ HĐ05 (hoa màu vàng, môi đỏ) được tiến hành khảo nghiệm. Dòng lai M7, M8 đã được nhóm tác giả của Trung tâm Nghiên cứu và Phát triển Hoa, cây cảnh - Viện Nghiên cứu Rau Quả chọn lọc, đánh giá qua nhiều năm cho thấy; dòng có khả năng sinh trưởng, phát triển khỏe, phù hợp với điều kiện khí hậu của Việt Nam. Sau 18 tháng tuổi, các dòng lan đạt 6,2 - 6,4 lá, chiều dài lá 18,3 - 18,5 cm, chiều rộng lá 7,7 - 7,9 cm. Cây yêu cầu nhiệt độ xử lý ra hoa ban đêm 16 - 18o C, ban ngày 26 - 28o C, tỷ lệ ra hoa tập trung sau 30 ngày đạt 96,5 - 100%, tỷ lệ ra hai cành hoa trên 60 - 70%, chiều dài cành hoa 70,8 - 71,2 cm, số nụ hoa/cành 8,7 - 8,9 hoa, đường kính hoa 9,2 -9,4 cm, đạt độ bền hoa là 57 - 61 ngày, các chỉ tiêu đều cao hơn so với đối chứng. Các dòng lai sinh trưởng, phát triển khỏe, cho chất lượng hoa cao ổn định qua các năm, màu sắc hoa khác biệt, được thị trường ưa chuộng.

Four hybrid lines of Phalaenopsis orchids including two hybrid orchids (M7, M8) derived from hybridization of HĐ13 (Purple-pink flowers, red lips)˟ HĐ05 (Yellow flowers, red lips) were tested. M7, M8 hybrids were selected and evaluated by the scientists of the Research and Development Center of Ornamental Flowers belonging to the Fruit and Vegetable Research Institute over the years showed that the breeds had the ability to grow and develop strongly, suitable to the climatic conditions of Vietnam. After 18 months of age, the hybrids had 6.2 - 6.4 leaves; the leaf length was 18.3 - 18.5 cm, leaf width 7.7 - 7.9 cm. Plants required a temperature of 16 - 18o C at night and 26 - 28o C at daytime for flowering. The rate of flower buds varied from 96.5 - 100% after 30 days; the rate of double flowering reached 60 - 70%; flower length was 70.8 - 71.2 cm, number of flowers/branch was 8 - 9; flower diameter was 9.2 - 9.4 cm, blooming time was 57 - 61 days; qualities of flower were higher than the control. The hybrid lines grew and developed strongly, giving high quality flowers and stability over the years with different colors favored by the market.
