KẾT QUẢ BẢO TỒN VÀ ĐÁNH GIÁ TẬP ĐOÀN DONG RIỀNG

Bảo tồn và đánh giá 96 mẫu giống trong tập đoàn dong riềng cho thấy, các mẫu giống khá đa dạng. Có 8 tính trạng hình thái, bao gồm hình dạng phiến lá, màu phiến lá, màu gân, mật độ gân trên lá, dạng mép lá, màu đường viền mép lá, sự hình thành quả và hạt, màu thân biểu hiện 3 mức độ khác nhau cho mỗi tính trạng; 2 tính trạng sự hình thành hoa và màu sắc thịt củ biểu hiện 2 mức độ khác nhau cho mỗi tính trạng. Phần lớn các mẫu giống dong riềng trong tập đoàn có phiến lá hình trứng dài, lá màu xanh pha tím, gân màu xanh, mép lá liền phẳng, ra hoa, có quả nhưng không có hạt, thân xanh xen tím và thịt củ màu trắng/kem. Phần lớn các mẫu giống dong riềng có các tính trạng số lượng thuộc nhóm trung bình có chiều cao cây từ 140 - 184 cm (tỷ lệ 57,3%), tỷ lệ dài/rộng lá từ 2,1 - 2,7 (tỷ lệ 65,6%) và năng suất củ đạt từ 1,8 - 7,2 kg/m2 (tỷ lệ 75,0%). Kết quả cho thấy có 01 giống dong riềng - DR74 có hoa to, cánh màu vàng và đỏ có thể khai thác làm dong cảnh và 13 mẫu giống dong riềng đạt năng suất cao > 7,2 kg/m2 là vật liệu tốt để đưa vào so sánh giống cũng như khai thác sử dụng giống dong riềng lấy củ.

The conservation and evaluation of 96 canna accessions showed that these varieties are quite diverse. Eight morphological traits including the shape of a leaf, leaf blade color, veins color of the leaf, density of veins on a leaf, types of leaf edge, the color of edge line around the leaf, fruit and seed formation, stem color display 3 different degrees, while inflorescent formation, flesh color express two different degrees. Most of the canna accessions have long ovate leaf blade, green with alternative purple leaf color, green vein color, entire and smooth leaf edge, flowering and fruiting without seed, green with alternative purple stem color, white/cream flesh color. The quantitative traits of most canna cultivars belong to the medium group with plant height of 140 - 184 cm (57.3%), the ratio of leaf length/width is from 2.1 to 2.7 (65.6%), and tuber yield is from 1.8 to 7.2 kg/m2 (75.0%). The results showed that canna variety - DR74 has big flowers, yellow and red petals that can be exploited as ornamental field and 13 canna accessions have high yield with more than 7.2 kg/m2, which are good materials for varietal comparison trial as well as exploiting and using canna tubers.
