Nematode is considered to be one of important pests damaged in coffee. A bio-pesticide consisted of botanic products, antagonism fungus and useful micro-organism was developed. However, its efficacy in controling to coffee’s nematode was reduced during the storage. The results of evaluation have showed that with the time of storage was in 10 days, the product’s efficacy to control to nematode was about 23.1% to 53.8% after 60 days and reached to 70.7- 75.8% after 120 days of treatment. After 75 days of producing and storing, the efficacy to control to root nematode was reduced, it was only from 35.9 to 54.3% after 60 days of treatment depending on the using dosage of the product.
