Effect of the combination of microorganisms and plants to accumulative level of heavy metals in local plant biomass planting on Chi Dao, Van Lam, Hung Yen
Experiments were carried out to accurate assessment of the effect of the combination of 04 selected microorganism strains with 05 local plant variety that have capacity to uptake heavy metal. The results show that the injection of the mix of 04 selected strains not only increased biomass of plant (Enydra fluctuans Lour - 27,57%; Bidens pilosa - 12,96%; Helianthus annuus - 11,11%; Ludwigia hyssopofolia - 8,33% comparing with control) but also increased the value of Zn, Cu, Pb accumulated in biomass of plants. Zn accumulative level in biomass were increased in all local plants. However, Cu accumulated were only increased in Enydra fluctuans Lour, Helianthus annuus, Ludwigia hyssopofolia (16,75%, 12,30%, 11,24% respectfully) and Pb accumulated in Helianthus annuus, Ludwigia hyssopofolia, Bidens pilosa was 69,51%; 35,87%; 25,36% respectfully. The results denote that should be use Helianthus annuus and Bidens pilosa. L. in high land zones and Ludwigia hyssopofolia and Enydra fluctuans Lour) combinated with 4 strains belong to with B. subtiis; Saccharomyces cerevisiae; Glomus australe và Gibberela sp. that have against to toxicity and accumulation of heavy metal in biomass of microorganism in low land zones so that will be removed considerable amount of heavy metal from polluted soil.
