HIỆN TRẠNG KHAI THÁC VÀ QUẢN LÝ NGHỀ LƯỚI KÉO ĐƠN VEN BỜ Ở TỈNH SÓC TRĂNG VÀ BẾN TRE

Nghiên cứu hiện trạng khai thác và quản lý nghề lưới kéo đơn ven bờ được thực hiện từ tháng 10/2017 đến tháng 5/2018 ở tỉnh Sóc Trăng và Bến Tre thông qua phỏng vấn trực tiếp 90 hộ làm nghề đánh bắt bằng lưới kéo về khía cạnh kỹ thuật và tài chính. Kết quả cho thấy, nghề lưới kéo là nghề có số lượng tàu nhiều nhất ở hai tỉnh. Nghề lưới kéo có thể khai thác quanh năm. Công suất tàu lưới kéo ở tỉnh Sóc Trăng (39,20 CV) và ở tỉnh Bến Tre (34,87 CV). Sản lượng và tỉ lệ cá tạp của nghề lưới kéo đơn ở tỉnh Sóc Trăng (16,7 tấn/năm, 39,7%) cao hơn ở tỉnh Bến Tre (15,5 tấn/năm, 33,3%) và lợi nhuận và tỉ suất lợi nhuận của nghề lưới kéo đơn ở tỉnh Sóc Trăng (6,28 triệu đồng/chuyến; 0,44 lần) cũng cao hơn ở tỉnh Bến Tre (3,38 triệu đồng/chuyến; 0,38 lần). Để nghề lưới kéo đơn ven bờ phát triển ổn định cần đẩy mạnh công tác quản lý và phát triển nguồn lợi thủy sản, tạo điều kiện cho ngư dân tiếp cận vốn với lãi suất thấp để đầu tư sản xuất và tập huấn ngư dân biết sử dụng các thiết bị khai thác nhằm tăng hiệu quả khai thác của họ.

The study on the status of capture and management of trawl-net fishery was conducted from October 2017 to May 2018 in coastal areas of Soc Trang and Ben Tre provinces. 90 households conducting trawl-net were interviewed on main contents such as technical and financial aspects . The results showed that the highest number of fishing boats with the trawl-net in two provinces of Mekong delta was recorded. The fishing season of single trawling was from January to December. The capacity of trawl-net boats in Soc Trang province was 37.5 CV and in Ben Tre was 38.9 CV. The fishing yield and ratio of trash-fish of trawl-net fishery in Soc Trang province (16.7 tons/year; 39.7%) were higher than that in Ben Tre province (15.5 tons/year; 33.32%); the profits and benefit ratios of trawling in Soc Trang (6.28 million VND/trip; 0.44 times) were also higher than that in Ben Tre province (3.38 million VND/ trip; 0.38 times). For the sustainable fisheries by trawl-net, the development and management of fishery resources should be promoted, supporting fishermen to apply loan with low interest rates, and training fishermen to use fishing equipment to increase their fishing efficiency.
