ĐÁNH GIÁ KHẢ NĂNG CHỐNG CHỊU BỆNH BẠC LÁ CHO TẬP ĐOÀN NGUỒN GEN SIÊU LÚA

In order to find good candidates for the breeding of superior rice cultivars, and to understand the resistance nature of those germplasms against bacterial leaf blight - one of the most destructive diseases of rice in Vietnam, this study has been conducted. Among 258 superior germplasms collected from various sources, it has been found that 54 entrees /lines/varieties are moderate resistantto BLB; 134 are moderate succeptible and 70 are high succeptible. In the research, 7 BLB races have been identified, including group I/1999, II/1999, III/1999, IV/1999, V/1999, VI/1999 and VII/1999. The following entrees can be used as the moderate resistant germplasms for further BLB resistant breeding: Peiai64s, IRBB7, CNI 9013, GSR - I - 0015, ST3, ST8, E32CR siêu lúa /TBR1... with disease severity about 20.93%.
