ĐÁNH GIÁ CHẤT LƯỢNG TINH DẦU SẢ TỪ CÁC NGUỒN GEN ĐƯỢC LƯU GIỮ TẠI HÀ NỘI

Chi sả (Cymbopogon Spreng) là nhóm cây cho tinh dầu được sử dụng trong mỹ phẩm, dược phẩm và hương liệu. Thân lá tươi của 5 nguồn gen sả lưu giữ tại vườn cây thuốc Hà Nội được chưng cất tinh dầu bằng phương pháp cất kéo hơi nước. Hàm lượng và thành phần hóa học của tinh dầu được so sánh với các ghi chép trong quá khứ và so sánh với tiêu chuẩn quốc tế, nhằm đánh giá chất lượng nguồn gen sả. Kết quả cho thấy, citral trong sả chanh thấp hơn so với tiêu chuẩn ISO 3217:2016, citral trong sả dịu cao hơn tiêu chuẩn ISO 4718:2004. Citronellal trong sả Java đạt chuẩn ISO 3848:2016, citronellal trong sả Srilanka đạt chuẩn ISO 3849:3003. Geraniol trong sả hoa hồng đạt tiêu chuẩn ISO 4727:2021.

Lemongrass (Cymbopogon Spreng) is a group of plants containing essential oils used in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and aromatherapy. Fresh stems and leaves of 5 lemongrass germplasms preserved in Hanoi medicinal plant garden were distilled essential oil by steam distillation method. The content and chemical composition of the essential oil were compared with published records and with international standards, in order to evaluate the quality of lemongrass genetic resources. The results showed that citral in Cymbopogon citratus is lower than that of ISO 3217:2016, citral in Cymbopogon flexuosus is higher than that of ISO 4718:2004. Citronellal in Java type meets ISO 3848:2016, citronellal in Sri Lanka type meets ISO 3849:3003. Geraniol in Palmarosa meets ISO 4727:2021 standard.
