An assessment of the relation between diversity of some typical soil arthropod groups and vegetation types in Xuan Son national Park was undertaken. With changes in the composition and abundance of soil animal groups in the study area increased with forest recovery time (from shrubland, bamboo forests, plantations, regeneration forest, evergreen forest). This suggests that, among the vegetation status and soil animals have close relationships with each other.
