The study preliminary determined ADN's order of some virus strains cause for Bombyx mori nuclear polyhedron diseases
The curent study introduces methods of colection, separation, and determination of ADN structure of NPV virus (Nuclear Polyhedrosis Virus) and ArNPV virus (Attacus ricini Nuclear Polyhedrosis Virus) in sericulture. Virus samples collected from Quang Dong in China, Lam Dong and Ha Noi in Vietnam. Results from PCR analysis and structure analysis (using a software) showed the difference of nucleic acid concentration in ADN of virus. Based on these results, producers can detemine source of virus as well as have a better plan for prevention and treatment to silkworm virus diseases.
