ẢNH HƯỞNG THUỐC BẢO VỆ THỰC VẬT CHỨA HOẠT CHẤT DIAZINON LÊN SINH LÝ VÀ SINH TRƯỞNG CÁ RÔ ĐỒNG (ANABAS TESTUDINEUS)

Effects of insecticide Diazinon on physiology and growth performances of Climbing perch (Anabas testudineus) were done in laboratory condition. Result shown that at diazinon concentration of 66 and 132µg/l, Surfacing frequency (SF) increased from 1.6 - 2.2 times to control and tended to slow down to control in diazinon ≥ 655µg/l. Specific growth rate (SGR) depressed from 25 to 19% of control at diazinon 655 and 1.638µg/l, respectively. Feed conversion ratio (FCR) tended to increase in diazinon treatments; at concentration of 655 and 1.638µg/l, FCR increase 21% and 33% to control respectively. The study shown that diazinon could cause negative effects for the Perch at field concentration. Carefully using diazinon is necessary.
