ẢNH HƯỞNG CỦA GIÁ THỂ VÀ PHÂN BÓN ĐẾN SINH TRƯỞNG CỦA LAN KIM TUYẾN HẬU CẤY MÔ TẠI THÀNH PHỐ HỒ CHÍ MINH

Thí nghiệm đã được tiến hành nhằm đánh giá ảnh hưởng của giá thể và tổ hợp phân bón đến sinh trưởng của lan kim tuyến 0 - 3 tháng tuổi trong điều kiện nhà lưới tại Trung tâm Công nghệ Sinh học thành phố Hồ Chí Minh. Kết quả cho thấy trồng cây lan kim tuyến (Anoectochilus setaceus) từ 0 - 3 tháng tuổi trên hỗn hợp giá thể dớn trắng và dớn tổ quạ (tỷ lệ 1 : 1) kết hợp với phun tổ hợp phân bón NPK 30 - 10 - 10 (0,5 g/L) luân phiên với phân bón Bio trùn quế 01 (0,5 mL/L) và Rootplex (0,5 mL/L) đã thúc đẩy quá trình sinh trưởng của cây và cho tỷ lệ cây sống đạt 96,0%, chiều cao cây đạt 9,3 cm, có 7,6 lá/cây với 3,9 rễ/cây

The study was conducted in the nethouse of Ho Chi Minh City Center for Biotechnology to evaluate the effects of substrates and fertilizer on the growth of 0 - 3 months old Jewel orchird planlets. The results showed that Jewel orchird planlets grown on substrate mixture of peat moss and cyberotonium baronletz (1:1) and sprayed the fertilizer doses of NPK 30 - 10 - 10 (0.5 g.L-1) alternate Bio 01 (0.5 mL.L-1) and Rootplex (0.5 mL.L-1) resulted in the highest survival rate (96.0%), plantlet height (9.3 cm), number of leaves (7.6 leaves.plantlet-1) and the high number of roots (3.9 roots.plantlet-1).
