Nghiên cứu một số đặc điểm ra hoa làm quả của náng hoa trắng (Crinium asiaticum L.) PHỤC VỤ CHỌN TẠO GIỐNG

Náng hoa trắng (Crinium asiaticum L.) là một trong số các loài cây dược liệu quý, được phân bố rộng rãi ở các nước châu Á, trong đó có Việt Nam. Trong nghiên cứu này, đặc điểm ra hoa, làm quả của 4 dòng bố có năng suất cao và 2 dòng mẹ có hoạt chất cao đã được nghiên cứu phục vụ chọn tạo giống. Kết quả nghiên cứu đã cho thấy rằng: thời điểm nở hoa từ 19 h - 20 h. Tỷ lệ hoa nở rộ đạt 84,91% vào ngày thứ 3, 4, 5. Thời gian nở hoa diễn ra trong 7 ngày; khả năng nảy mầm của hạt phấn trên 90%. Thời gian bảo quản hạt phấn của các dòng bố trong 48 h ở nhiệt độ 4^oC có thể cho tỷ lệ nảy mầm đạt 83,6% (đối chứng không bảo quản đạt 92,8%). Tỷ lệ đậu quả trên dòng mẹ NHT-1; NHT-2 khi giao phấn tự do đạt lần lượt 52 % và 54 %, trong khi khả năng tự thụ là 2 - 8%. Kết quả nghiên cứu là dữ liệu quan trọng cho chương trình chọn tạo giống Náng hoa trắng.

Crinium asiaticum L. is one of the precious medicinal plants, widely distributed in Asian countries, including Vietnam. In this study, the flowering and fruiting characteristics of 4 high-yielding male lines and 2 high-active component female lines were studied for breeding purposes. Study results showed that: the time of flowering is from 19 h to 20 h. The rate of flowers in full bloom reaches 84.91% on the 3^rd, 4^th, and 5^th day. Flowering time takes place in 7 days; the germination rate of pollen grains is over 90%. The storage time of pollen grains of the male lines for 48 h at 4^oC could give the germination rate of 83.6% (the control without preservation reaches 92.8%). Fruiting rate on the NHT-1 maternal line and NHT-2 in free cross-pollination reaches 52% and 54%, respectively, while the ability to self-pollinate is only 2 - 8%. The results of the study are useful data for breeding programs of Crinium asiaticum L.
