KẾT QUẢ NGHIÊN CỨU XÂY DỰNG QUY TRÌNH TRỒNG TRỌT NGUỒN GEN CÂY ĐỘC HOẠT (Angelica pubescens Ait.)

Kết quả nghiên cứu xây dựng quy trình trồng trọt cho Độc hoạt (Radix Angelica pubescens Ait.) tại một số vùng trồng tại Việt Nam cho thấy cây thích nghi với khí hậu núi cao (độ cao trên 800 m), loại đất feralit, đất cao, thoát nước tốt, giàu mùn, pH 5 - 8. Thời vụ gieo trồng thích hợp tháng 10 - 12 hàng năm, mật độ trồng 50.000 cây/ha, khoảng cách trồng 30 x 40 cm. Cây được bón với liều lượng phân bón 20 tấn PC + 1,5 tấn HCVS + 1000 kg vôi bột + 120 kg N + 208 kg P2 O5 + 66 kg K2 O, cho năng suất dược liệu 3,2 tấn/ha, chất chiết được trong dược liệu đạt 245,14 kg/ha. Độc hoạt thu hoạch vào tháng 04, sau 18 - 20 tháng trồng, thời điểm trước mùa mưa. Cần chú ý thoát nước và phòng trừ bệnh thối củ, phấn trắng, rệp muội, nhện đỏ cho cây.

The results of establishing optimal cultivation technique for Angelica pubescens grown in some areas of Vietnam showed that Angelica pubescens was well adapted to high mountainous climate (elevation is higher than 800 meters), Feralit soil, high bed facilitating drainage, rich humus, pH 5 - 8. Suitable sowing time ranged from October to December, with optimal density of 50,000 plants/ha in 30 x 40 cm. Appropriate fertilizer application was of 20 tons of manure, 1500 kg of microbial organic fertilizer, 1000 kg lime powder, 120 kg N, 208 P2 O5 and 66 kg K2 O yielded 3.2 tons medicinal herbs per ha which could generate subsequently 245.14 kg medicinal extract per ha. The main harvesting season of Angelica pubescens is in April, about 18 - 20 months after planting and before rainy season. It is needed to ensure efficient drainage and prevent from diseases such as root rot, white powdery mildew, bed bug, red spider…for Doc Hoat cultivation.
