The research results on the cropping patterns on the sandy soil of the south central coast from 2007 to 2008 have identified that the two cropping patterns attaining the highest economic efficiency are those of the peanut (in the winter - spring season) with sweet potato (in the autumn - winter season), to achieve net interest from 16.376 - 35.370 millions dong/ha/year; and peanut intercropped with cassava (in the winter - spring season), to achieve net interest from 13.690 - 20.965 millions dong/ha/year.
