ĐÁNH GIÁ HIỆU QUẢ KINH TẾ VÀ MỨC ĐỘ TUÂN THỦ CÁC TIÊU CHÍ VIETGAP TRONG MÔ HÌNH TÔM - LÚA TẠI HUYỆN THẠNH PHÚ, TỈNH BẾN TRE

Nghiên cứu đã phỏng vấn 120 nông dân đang sản xuất mô hình Tôm - Lúa truyền thống và Tôm - Lúa VietGAP tại huyện Thạnh Phú, tỉnh Bến Tre. Kết quả nghiên cứu đã xác định được mô hình Tôm - Lúa VietGAP có lợi nhuận cao hơn 18% so với mô hình Tôm - Lúa truyền thống đạt 35.786.000 đồng/ha/năm. Sự khác biệt chủ yếu về lợi nhuận là từ hoạt động sản xuất lúa. Các yếu tố ảnh hưởng chủ yếu đến lợi nhuận mô hình Tôm - Lúa VietGAP là diện tích đất sản xuất, trình độ học vấn, việc tuân thủ các tiêu chí VietGAP và số lao động tham gia sản xuất của nông hộ. Các yếu tố ảnh hưởng chủ yếu đến lợi nhuận mô hình Tôm - Lúa truyền thống là diện tích đất sản xuất, chất lượng lúa giống, kinh nghiệm và nông dân tham gia tập huấn. Kết quả nghiên cứu cũng đã xác định có khoảng 25% nông hộ chưa thực hiện đầy đủ các tiêu chí VietGAP. Yêu cầu lợi nhuận cao hơn, dễ bán hơn, bán giá cao hơn 12,5% so với lúa truyền thống khi tham gia sản xuất mô hình Tôm - Lúa VietGAP.

120 farmers producing shrimp - rice by traditional method and shrimp - rice by VietGAP model in Thanh Phu district, Ben Tre province were interviewed. The study results identified that the Shrimp - Rice VietGAP was 18% more profitable than Shrimp-Rice tradition which reached about 35,786,000 VND/ha/year. The profitable difference was mainly from the rice production. The mainly affecting factors of profitable Shrimp - Rice VietGAP were farm size, education level, performance by VietGAP standards and number of family labors. The mainly affecting factors of profit of traditional Shrimp - Rice farming were farm size, seed quality, experience, farmers participating in training. The results of the study have also determined that about 25% of farmers have not fully implemented the criteria of VietGAP. Higher profit requirements, more sales, sell prices higher than 12.5% compared to traditional rice when participating in the production of shrimp-rice model VietGAP. The study results determined that about 25% of farmers had not fully implemented the criteria of VietGAP standards. Although, they had received VietGAP rice certificate. The famers had higher profits, easier sales with the price 12.5% more than traditional rice when they cultivated by Shrimp - Rice VietGAP model.
