ẢNH HƯỞNG CỦA MẬT ĐỘ HOM GIÂM ĐẾN SINH TRƯỞNG, PHÁT TRIỂN HOM CHÈ GIỐNG TRUNG DU BÚP TÍM

Kết quả nghiên cứu ảnh hưởng của mật độ hom giâm đến sinh trưởng, phát triển hom chè giống Trung du búp tím nhằm nâng cao khả năng nhân giống của giống chè này cho thấy: Mật độ giâm hom 200 - 220 bầu/m2 cho tỷ lệ mô sẹo đạt giá trị cao nhất từ 96,75 - 100% sau 40 ngày cắm hom. Sau 90 ngày cắm hom, mật độ giâm hom 200 bầu/ m2 cho tỷ lệ ra rễ đạt 100%, thấp nhất là mật độ giâm hom 260 bầu/m2 . Sau 120 ngày cắm hom, mật độ giâm hom từ 200 - 220 bầu/m2 cho tỷ lệ bật mầm đạt 100%, tỷ lệ sống dao động từ 88,54 - 89,20%. Mật độ giâm cành 200 bầu/m2 có tỷ lệ xuất vườn cao nhất đạt 86,4 %.

The research result of effects of cuttings density on growth and develop of Trung du purple tea variety for enhancing the multiplication ability showed that: The ratio of callus reached the highest value (96.75 - 100%) at density of 200 - 220 bags/m2 after 40 days of cuttings sticking. The ratio of cuttings giving roots reached 100% at density of 200 bags/m2 after 90 days of cuttings sticking and the lowest ratio of cuttings giving roots was observed at cuttings density of 260 bags/m2 . The ratio of germination reached 100% and the survival rate ranged from 88.54 - 89.20% at cuttings density of 200 - 220 bags/m2 after 120 days of cuttings sticking. The highest ratio of cuttings plantlets for transplanting reached 86.40% at cuttings density of 200 bags/m2 .
